Ranking Information - Search Engines

It is probably no news to you that the main portion of your internet inquiries come trough Google. On top of that you also know that the better ranking you have, the more inquiries you get. Achieve Top 10 and you might get 1-2 inquiries per day, at top 30 perhaps 1-2 per month. If you are higher than top 30, well forget about it, as the searcher has already changed is search, i.e. new keywords. Big difference I would say!

Google used to pay most attention how your page was written (code and body), i.e. a search on "plush toy manufacturer" would dig in a BIG data base containing pages like that, and select the most relevant. Most other search engines still do like this, and personally I think the searcher is most benefited of it. However, Google have changed, and Google rules. Now Google pays most attention to incoming links, and the more relevance the higher the rank. You and I would boost both of our webpage's by linking to each other.

One might think why one manufacturer in the same industry would link to another? Is that not stupid? Well, first of all, I have no attention to put your link on my front page, but preferable on a third level page. I am ONLY interested in the benefit of links to and from your site.

Note that there is no obvious way to find that link, but you have to click on the "by tvv group" image in second column of top part of our front page.
